Services & Process
Residential Renovations
Renovations are an opportunity to bring new life, function, and beauty to an existing space. I guide clients through the design process with a thoughtful eye for both the big picture and the smallest details, helping to create a cohesive vision, make confident selections, and ensure each design decision supports the way the space is meant to live, work, and feel.
New Builds
For new construction projects, I collaborate closely with clients, architects, builders, and contractors to ensure the interiors are considered from the earliest stages. From layouts and architectural details to finishes, fixtures, lighting, cabinetry, and furnishings, I help create spaces that feel intentional, seamless, and deeply personal from the ground up.
Boutique Commercial
I design commercial interiors up to 30,000 square feet with a focus on functionality, atmosphere, and brand experience. Whether designing a workplace, hospitality environment, retail space, or specialty commercial project, I create interiors that are thoughtful, refined, and tailored to the needs of the business and the people who use the space every day.
The Process
Building or renovating a space can feel overwhelming. There are countless decisions to make, timelines to manage, and details to coordinate.
Our structured design process transforms that complexity into a clear, organized experience. By guiding you through each phase one step at a time, we help you make informed decisions with confidence while keeping the overall vision at the center of every conversation.
The result is not only a beautifully designed space, but a smoother, more enjoyable experience from concept through completion.

Every successful project begins with a clear understanding of your goals. We start with an initial consultation call to discuss your vision, timeline, and budget, allowing us to get to know you and how you plan to use your space. From there, we explore your lifestyle, needs, and preferences while considering the existing home or site and its potential. Together, we establish priorities and set an overall direction so that each decision moving forward is thoughtful and aligned.
-
Schematic design is where ideas begin to take shape. In this phase, we evaluate the existing conditions, study the flow and function of the space, and develop preliminary plans and layouts. This may include space planning, furniture layouts, early design options, and an initial material direction to help establish the foundation of the design.
-
During design development, we refine the details that bring the design to life. This phase includes selecting finishes, fixtures, lighting, paint colors, hardware, cabinetry, tile, and millwork. Each element is carefully considered and coordinated to create a cohesive final material palette that supports the overall vision for the space.
-
Construction documents translate the design into detailed drawings and specifications for your builder or contractor. This phase may include dimensioned plans, interior elevations, cabinetry details, lighting plans, finish schedules, and other coordination drawings needed to communicate the design clearly and accurately during construction.
-
During construction, we remain involved as the design moves from drawings to reality. This phase includes communication with your builder, contractor, and trades to answer questions, clarify design intent, review details as needed, and help ensure the project is executed according to the approved design. Our role is to provide support throughout construction so decisions stay aligned with the overall vision.
-
As construction nears completion, we can assist with the selection, sourcing, and placement of items not provided by the general contractor, including furniture, décor, art, decorative lighting, window treatments, and other finishing elements. This additional service is provided as needed and helps ensure every detail feels cohesive, functional, and personal. From selecting the right pieces to coordinating deliveries and thoughtful placement, we help the finished space feel complete.
